We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to fill the role of Business Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, sales enablement, and process optimization in the digital healthcare industry.

About the Role:

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions
  • Support project management activities by coordinating with internal teams
  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization for efficiency improvements
  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives
  • Help streamline communication channels between teams and clients
  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks
  • Ensure smooth execution of service delivery and customer support processes

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields
