Business Development Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting Relevant Clients: Identify and approach potential clients who can benefit from our services.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to clients.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and control daily/weekly operations, providing timely reactions to different situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer Literacy: Good computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Tech Savviness: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales and field coordination.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 60% Marks: Minimum 60% marks in 12th or graduation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree: A minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 Months Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales.
