Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, create effective strategies, and deliver quality candidates for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and build a pipeline of candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Assist with the interview process and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms where required. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other relevant departments.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing methods, and recruitment metrics. Regularly report on recruitment status, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
