Charles Technologies is a dynamic startup based in Chennai, dedicated to creating innovative mobile applications that transform user experiences. We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Specialist professional to join our team and lead our Talent Acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of total experience in Human Resource - Talent Acquisition.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn portal is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
  • Screen and Shortlist Candidates: Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Manage the recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain Candidate Databases: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Follow Up with Candidates: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
