About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both software engineering and go-to-market (GTM) roles.

Your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

If you have a consulting background, that's a plus.

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Process

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and GTM roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and facilitate interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and optimize job postings, ensuring they effectively reach the target audience.
  • Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source and manage candidates efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

We are looking for:

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in filling engineering and GTM roles within a software product or services organization.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.

Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.

Exceptional sourcing and networking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
