Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fintech Talent Acquisition Strategist who can oversee and drive the entire TA lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-impact hiring process. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with business leaders, create strong talent pipelines, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—delivering a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to align talent strategies with business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of three recruiters, driving performance and setting clear goals.
  • Campus Hiring & Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with top colleges and universities, driving structured hiring programs (internships, management trainees, graduate hiring).
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for early-career talent.
  • Events & Sponsorships: Identify and participate in high-impact university events, hackathons, case competitions, and career fairs to boost brand visibility.
  • On-Campus & Virtual Engagements: Host workshops, guest lectures, networking sessions, and mentorship programs to engage and attract talent.
  • Alumni Networks: Leverage alumni relationships to strengthen institutional ties and enhance talent outreach.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use analytics to refine hiring strategies, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
  • Process & Tech Optimization: Continuously enhance sourcing, assessment, and engagement practices using ATS and cutting-edge recruitment tools.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in hiring across tech and business roles. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or wealth management, is highly valued. The successful candidate will possess proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and hiring managers with ease, strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and drive a recruitment team, and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment automation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
