Our flagship application, Vinoba, has been designed to simplify and streamline data collection and analysis for administrators, while providing a user-friendly interface for teachers.

The application features a range of innovative tools, including Facebook-like features for sharing and learning, and a vibrant teacher community that fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

With Vinoba, we have made significant strides in transforming education in India, impacting over 4 million students across 33 districts.

As an M&E Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate education programs across districts, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Curate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Support application development with data-driven insights, informing product enhancements and iterations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus).
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion to transform government education and create real social impact.
