Job Title:

Agile Transformation Specialist

As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and improving team efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the way we work.

About the Role:
  • You will serve as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of Agile principles.
  • Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions to educate team members on Lean and Agile practices.
  • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels, assessing team maturity and providing actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, as applicable, to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Able to facilitate training sessions and lead transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile tools and techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
