We are seeking a skilled ISO compliance professional to lead the implementation of R2v3, RIOS, and other management systems from inception to certification.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support. Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse industries, from recycling to technology, and make a tangible impact on sustainability and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit-ready documentation for clients.
  • Conduct thorough gap assessments and internal audits.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Consultant to drive project strategy and execution.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on closing audit gaps and establishing sustainable compliance systems.
  • Manage client compliance calendars to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Hold relevant ISO certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern email tools.
