**Senior Backend Engineer Role**We're seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge technology.

 Key Responsibilities:We are looking for someone who can:
  1. Lead AI-driven workflow enablement, driving open API design and alignment across internal and external teams.
  2. Owning developer velocity - from CI fast-tracking to dev environment tooling (Nix).
  3. Optimize build and test cycles for Go and Remix.
  4. Define and enforce high standards for unit and E2E testing.
  5. Make pragmatic, cost-conscious engineering decisions that balance velocity and scale.
 Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 7+ years of software development experience, primarily with product-based (SAAS) companies.
  • 5-7 years of deep experience with modern Golang backends, building high scalability features from scratch.
  • Demonstrated experience with Nodejs is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and start-ups is a plus.
  • Strong command of CI/CD, dev environment tooling, and reproducible builds.
  • Production-level Kubernetes experience.
  • Hands-on with AI development tools (Cursor, Devin, etc.).
  • Strong belief in open API specs and clean contracts between systems.
  • Demonstrated open-source contributions.
