As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development in the construction chemical market.

About the Role:
  • You will be generating sales of construction chemical products through project sales, targeting builders, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • You will be identifying and developing relationships with key stakeholders to achieve assigned targets and contribute to company objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with consultants and architects to get products specified in tender documents.
  • Earn product approvals for projects at design and execution stage.

Your Project & Account Management Skills:

  • You will be tracking ongoing and upcoming projects through market intelligence, visits, and networking.
  • You will be managing key accounts by providing technical and commercial support.
  • You will be coordinating with applicators and distributors to ensure timely supply and application.

Your Technical & Commercial Coordination Abilities:

  • You will be providing product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • You will be supporting project teams by resolving site-related queries.
  • You will be preparing and submitting proposals, negotiating pricing, and finalizing deals.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • You will be conducting regular market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • You will be participating in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote products.
  • You will be providing market feedback to product and marketing teams for new developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales would be advantageous.
  • 5-12 years of project sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paints, or allied industry.
  • A strong network with consultants, architects, contractors, and government bodies is desirable.
