Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Professional to drive life insurance sales through direct client engagement and field visits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To generate leads through field visits, cold calling, reference networks, and market activities
  • To conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
  • To explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries
  • To achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • To maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • To coordinate with teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing
  • To participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives
  • To maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in reporting formats
  • To stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • A good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
  • Willingsness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • IRDAI certification preferred
  • Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales, agency, or banca channels will be preferred
