Job Summary

This is an opportunity to work as a skilled Electrical Project Lead, responsible for managing quotations and project execution for low voltage motors. Key tasks include ensuring competitive bids, accurate technical documentation, and smooth coordination with customers, factories, and cross-functional teams.

The work model for the role is onsite at Hebbal, Bangalore.

  • Develop and prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines by analyzing customer requirements, technical details, and cost competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, SCM, order handling, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project handovers and resolve technical issues.
  • Liaise with factories/clients to ensure smooth project execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Prepare, maintain, and archive project documents, test reports, drawings, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction during bidding and execution phases, and continually improving service quality.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on low voltage motors.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, rotating equipment, and motor design principles.
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and project management documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management, electrical design, and technical coordination.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and customer specifications.
