Accounting professionals seeking a challenging role will find our company's real estate private equity funds an exciting opportunity.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for daily accounting tasks, quarterly reporting, and annual audit and tax compliance across multiple entities and fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, assist in quarterly reporting, and support annual audit and tax compliance
  • Work with the U.S. accounting team and third-party fund administrator on bookkeeping and related tasks
  • Prepare cash flow projections, fee calculations, capital call and capital distribution schedules as needed
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and data

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the core accounting team based in the U.S.
  • Provide guidance and training to local senior and junior staff
  • Participate in communications with external service providers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional credential preferred
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within real estate private equity
  • Prior work experience collaborating with U.S. accounting team preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., MRI, Avid, Juniper Square, or similar applications)
