We're looking for a professional to help individuals achieve their career goals through education.
Job Overview:This role involves contacting potential students via phone and email to discuss how our programs can aid them in their career aspirations.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, guiding the student through the decision-making process and advising them as if they were a trusted friend or family member.
- Advise individuals on how to transition into a high-growth career through world-class education from top-tier universities.
- Manage a pipeline of leads who have inquired about our programs.
- Provide detailed information to interested students via phone and email.
- Assist learners throughout the enrollment process by following up and creating a sense of urgency without being pushy.
- Adhere to a structured sales process, utilize tools, and manage data effectively.
- Offer insights to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and valuable feedback from student conversations.
To be successful, you'll need 2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, excellent communication skills, strong phone presence, and comfort making a high volume of calls and emails to connect with potential students. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
