Job Role: BIM Coordinator Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM strategies, ensuring adherence to model submittal schedules and updates reflecting as-built conditions.
  • Deliver client-driven BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services, focusing on quality assurance and control in Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare comprehensive drawing packages while maintaining technical proficiency in BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of 400 and 500 levels.
  • Coordinate and develop designs through construction using BIM processes such as 5D/4D, managing 3D models and reviewing their quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues, applying expertise in parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects is highly valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap software.
  • Technical capability of BIM LOD 300, knowledge of 400 and 500, and experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects are essential.
