**Job Title:** BIM Specialist
We are seeking an experienced BIM specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating construction drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
About the Role:
- Set up projects, create parametric families, and manage Revit servers.
- Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
- Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
- Model building FRP and GFRC products such as columns, cupolas, cornices, domes, balustrades, entryways, and cladding systems.
- BIM Modelling:
- Create 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Documentation:
- Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date BIM documentation system.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Well-versed in American codes and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bluebeam review of drawings.
Additional Information:
- A relevant degree in architecture is required.
- Health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund are provided.
- This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, day shift.
