Demand Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies that span inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and ABM motions.
  • Create scalable marketing engines using data-driven insights and real-time analytics platforms.
  • Drive pipeline growth through digital and offline channels, with a focus on personalization and ROI optimization.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
  • Leverage generative AI tools to develop/test messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Automate segmentation/personalization across the customer lifecycle and ABM.
  • Analyze funnel performance using AI-driven platforms and build intent models.
Channel and Ecosystem Marketing
  • Run co-marketing initiatives with referral/channel partners and leverage AI-assisted segmentation.
  • Integrate AI tools for operational efficiency and insight generation.
Marketing Operations and Tech Stack
  • Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, CDPs, and reporting tools.
  • Manage budgets and performance reporting to leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences) with a deep understanding of complex buying cycles.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and expertise in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline growth and exceeding KPI-based goals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of analytics platforms, content automation, and AI-enhanced marketing tools.
