Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules for large-scale enterprises, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their time-off needs and design tailored solutions.
  3. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central, based on business requirements and industry standards.
  4. Work on configuring time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  5. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  7. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
