Job Overview

The role of a Compliance Specialist involves ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety rules. This encompasses validating test procedures, verifying deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure EHS rule compliance particularly for activities on trains and test benches.
  • Manage TC&IS validation and verification tools configuration.
  • Deliver comprehensive TC&IS test procedures and reports.
  • Oversee configuration management of Verification & Test deliverables.
  • Update management of validation status for change requests.
  • Effectively manage CR addressing all non-conformities in test reports.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about learning and growth. While prior experience is not necessary, we do expect you to have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of software integration and validation.
  • Knowledge of validation methods (boundary tests, equivalent class tests, etc.).
  • Familiarity with validation tools (TestStand, model-based testing tools, etc.).
  • Certification in project or quality management.
  • Practical experience in managing work packages for sub-contractors.
  • Understanding of the Design For Quality (DFQ) cycle.
  • Proficiency in English.
