Compliance Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to support our Mortgage Banking External/Regulatory Reporting team. This individual will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring they align with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements, adhering to established JPMC standards.
  • This person will facilitate communication between product and IT teams, prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer demands.
  • They will collaborate with stakeholders to define product enhancements, new features, and address existing issues, contributing to the development of efficient solutions.
  • Additionally, this individual will participate in user acceptance testing and undertake functionality testing of new systems, guaranteeing their quality and performance.
  • Prioritization of initiatives based on business needs and requirements will be essential, ensuring timely completion of projects.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the banking domain. Knowledge of Agile frameworks and product management is also necessary, as well as strong analytical and product management skills.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
