Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with international regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the India Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and experience in managing licenses and process flows for multiple operating companies within a group. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to navigate complex regulatory environments.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing effective regulatory strategies to minimize risk to business disruption from regulation.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with international regulatory teams and stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies and platforms to manage licenses and process flows.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Regulatory Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the India MDR and experience in managing licenses and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
