**Job Title:** Assistant Manager - Learning and Development

**Job Description:**

This role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs for our sales and business development teams in key regions, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to exceed targets. You will be responsible for creating engaging online learning sessions and facilitating hands-on training activities.

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs
  • Develop structured forums where team members can share, practice, and grow together.
  • Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.
  • Provide real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.
  • Lead interactive, virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing—plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A high-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to make complex things simple.
  • Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills across activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training.
  • Strong background in AI and content development.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a sales trainer.
