Software Solutions Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Software Solutions Specialist to join our team. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for software applications.
  • Ensure test coverage of software modules like sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, and custom applications.
  • Use software test automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases.
  • Validate APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the software ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the development team in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and software security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, data models, and functionalities.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
  • Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Tester) are a plus.
