Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
