Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, and entity relationships.

The role involves designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data streams for ingestion, data model objects, and identity resolution.
  • Defining and optimizing data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implementing ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
Good to Have

While not essential, the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
