  • Act as an extension of the design team by providing local information during the design development process.
  • Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  • Coordinate effectively during execution to ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in design processes by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, and research.
  • Understand design intent and portfolio, ensuring quality participation during execution.
  • Document design fidelity and quality issues in reports and escalate to the Project Head/Regional Head when not resolved.
  • Coordinate between client and design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues.
  • Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  • Cultivate personal growth by achieving professional advancement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teams for smooth project deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Design required.
  • Experienced Design Coordinator with expertise in executing Interior Projects.
  • Prior Site execution experience preferred.
  • Revit skills beneficial.
