We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of functional and non-functional requirements in Agile methodology.
  • Develop test strategies, create test cases, estimate testing time, manage testing efforts, and produce detailed reports.
  • Perform manual or automated testing, record defects in Rally, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Accountable for all project or release testing across multiple domains and applications.
  • Deliver high-quality demonstrations to end-users before transitioning new solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and attention to detail, along with a strong work ethic and result-driven orientation.

Preferred qualifications include expertise in Python programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in testing IVR applications and Conversational AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with text-to-speech augmentation, SSML tags, audio enhancement, functional test case creation, test data preparation, Splunk queries, log validation, call routing, and skill-based testing.
  • Proven track record of identifying and managing risks, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
