Job Role: Automation Test Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing strategies across React frontend, Python backend, and PostgreSQL database.
- Develop test automation frameworks using modern web testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Create automated tests for Databricks data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Build CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
- Mentor team members on testing best practices and framework adoption.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering with a strong focus on web testing frameworks.
- Proficient in API testing tools like Postman/Newman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
- Experience with data pipeline testing tools such as Great Expectations, Soda, DBT test, or similar.
- Strong Python skills for backend API testing.
- Database testing experience with PostgreSQL preferred.
- CI/CD pipeline integration with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
