Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer to join our team of experts in digital banking services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in functional, API, and automation testing.

  • About the Role:
  • We're seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • They'll participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications.
  2. Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  3. Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements and collaborating in design discussions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • A solid understanding of digital banking workflows, including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • An ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts.
  • Experience in shift-left testing practices.
  • Holds an ISTQB Test certification.
