Senior Investment Banking Operations Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Investment Banking Operations Specialist with expertise in Trade Settlements, Cash Settlements, Commodity Settlements, Loan Syndication, Billing and Brokerage, Trade reporting, Regulatory reporting, Reference data, Corporate actions, and Security lending operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective solutions by applying in-depth functional knowledge of process areas and identifying discrepancies.
  • Lead and motivate groups towards company objectives, ensuring self-directed, proactive, and customer-focused approaches.

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 25 members and having good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope.
