Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the preparation, review, and submission of timely and accurate regulatory reports. As a Subject Matter Expert in Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive product audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Conduct regular product audits and compliance checks to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor daily regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks for banking products.
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC-related guidelines and implement necessary circulars.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports according to jurisdictional guidelines.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile data sources used for regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure customer onboarding and lifecycle management processes align with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reports.
  • Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for all submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree
  • Strong understanding of banking product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and related circulars

  2. Periodic Onboarding Due Diligence – Such as Creation / Management / Closure, of Accounts, Name Screening for Individual and Non-Individual entities (including BCs and BC Agents), and Individuals as Authorized Signatories of these entities.
  3. Ensure Clean Compliance and reporting, nil Audit observations, Process adherence from the team as per SoP and Way-of-Working.
