About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Equity Advisor to take on a challenging position in this field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert investment advice and insights to clients, guiding them through the complexities of equity markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by offering tailored investment solutions and educating them on equity market dynamics.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue growth while ensuring client profitability and long-term engagement.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to cross-sell investment products, including insurance, mutual funds, PMS, SIP, and IPOs, to enhance client portfolios.
  • Provide actionable market insights and investment advisory services based on current financial conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through referrals from existing customers and reactivating inactive clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of margins and market-to-market losses to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree required for success in this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 6 months in equity dealing with an Indian broking firm, is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in broking with a solid understanding of financial products and market trends is crucial.
  • A certification in NISM Series VIII is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong expertise in client acquisition, retention strategies, and achieving sales targets is necessary for career advancement.
  • Prior experience in the broking industry is highly desirable.
