About the Role

The role of Deputy Vice President is a strategic position that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in program performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes and achieving objectives at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business (LOBs) and channels, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Oversee contract updates, billing, and vendor relationships, and develop manpower plans to ensure timely recruitment and training.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and disseminate information to stakeholders.
  • Establish effective governance mechanisms between SBI Card and partners, facilitating open communication and monitoring adherence to operating procedures.
  • Continuously monitor process efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to maximize satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and lead projects to reduce operational costs at partner locations.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for external audits.

Measures of Success:

  • Achieve 100% target KPIs as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Maintain zero non-compliance in processes audited by SBI Card or third-party auditors.
  • Ensure 100% compliance on review rigor between SBI Card and partners.
  • Guarantee 100% invoice accuracy to avoid financial losses.
