Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our business intelligence unit in Mumbai/Bangalore. In this role, you will be focusing on portfolio and business analytics to drive growth and profitability objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking will help support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analysis models to inform business decisions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of the team's work.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
