About this Role:

A highly skilled Investor Relations professional will be responsible for interacting with investors, shareholders and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information on company performance, strategy and market updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
  • Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
