Job Title

Fundraiser Executive is a key role within our organisation that involves driving corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives. This position focuses on securing CSR partnerships, researching prospects, developing proposals, arranging meetings and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Outreach:

    • Research potential corporate and CSR leads.
    • Initiate outreach through cold calling and email campaigns.
    • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.

  2. Proposal Development:

    • Support creating, customising and presenting CSR proposals and donor communications.
    • Work with the content team to highlight impact stories and data.

  3. Donor Engagement:

    • Arrange meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up notes.

  4. Relationship Management:

    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders.

  5. Events & Experiences:

    • Coordinate corporate visits and donor engagement events.

  6. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate donor databases and track outreach metrics.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Business or related fields, and 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships or corporate relations.

They must possess strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Apart from these core competencies, we are looking for individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills.
