Job Title: Fundraising Professional - High Net Worth DonorsWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven fundraising professional to join our team. As a key member of our development department, you will be responsible for securing large-ticket donations from high net worth individuals (HNIs), alumni, and philanthropists.About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and fundraising, with experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies. They must be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for making a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure significant donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create and maintain an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • Set and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting progress through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics.
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to management, HNIs, and CSR Heads to drive successful closures.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to design impactful presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and project teams to achieve fundraising objectives.
  • Represent the organization at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Demonstrated success in securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual - Tamil / English).
  • Able to work independently and lead pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Familiarity with current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
