Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful use of our services.
- Create deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies.
- Advise and consult clients by structuring funding rounds in light of market conditions and suitable investor needs.
- Deliver high-quality services to clients and meet strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred.
- CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
- Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry advantageous.
- Excellent written & spoken English required.
