About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design of complex managed service solutions and drive strategic vision and direction for our largest enterprise clients.

Your Day at NTT DATA

This role involves creating blueprints for managed service solutions, providing direction to clients and the industry on technology investments, and designing complex IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' key business objectives and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of large and complex managed service solutions, integrating technology and service design across multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to participate in and drive the presales process with clients, including conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions, and delivering presentations.
  • Contribute to win strategy development, translating clients' business strategy and desired outcomes into an IT strategy/roadmap, positioning our portfolio with a focus on landing a service-related solution.
  • Lead complex solution design with clients and support internal service and technical teams to enable business outcome and requirements mapping.
  • Integrate services, processes, applications, data, and technology through a design process across multiple domains, delivery units, or geography.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of company development and services by sharing best practices with internal teams and clients.
  • Use understanding of client business, industry practices, and breadth of knowledge on our full solution portfolio to personalize solutions in line with clients' Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and measured needs.
  • Develop business cases and end-to-end roadmaps to optimize IT operations and measured business value across multiple solution areas.
  • Interpret, influence, and develop IT strategies, implementing execution of these strategies.
  • Balance proven and industry-standard solutions against the need to disrupt and innovate.
  • Define architectural principles and apply them to influence architectural outcomes, guiding governance.
  • Develop As-Is, Vision, FMO, and To Be service architectures, identify gaps, and develop transition roadmaps.
  • Manage large application and technology portfolios using frameworks, lifecycle, and various models and tools.
  • Synthesize current and future technology trends with clients' strategic imperatives to create compelling value-driven solutions.
  • Lead integration of services, process, applications, data, and technology through a Managed Service design across multiple domains, delivery units, or geography.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Significant understanding of IT Service Management methodologies (ITIL, COBIT).
  • Significant experience in consulting and IT roles within large-scale technology services environments.
  • Significant skills in various Enterprise Application and Process areas, IT Services, Networking, Data Center, Communications, Security, End-User Computing, and Digital Business Solutions.
  • Significant client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
  • Significant business development and pre-sales experience.
  • Significant experience in integrating solutions for projects with business domains, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
