Microsoft 365 Enterprise Specialist Position

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced specialist who will lead and drive enterprise-level Microsoft 365 initiatives.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra (Azure AD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end M365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects to ensure seamless transitions between environments.
  • Architect, configure, and manage Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and information protection to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Oversee and implement Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and endpoint security to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments, including migrations, hybrid setups, and mail flow troubleshooting to ensure optimal email services.
  • Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity lifecycle, conditional access, and role-based access control to protect user identities and data.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to the team to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with organizational needs, compliance standards, and industry best practices to deliver business value.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 services for performance, reliability, and security to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions to demonstrate expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Hands-on expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra (Azure AD) to showcase proficiency in key technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365 to ensure alignment with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects to demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
