We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Upgrade user licenses from M365 Business Basic to Business Premium.
  2. Deploy Microsoft Defender for Business across all organization laptops.
  3. Configure Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance.
  4. Apply Conditional Access policies via Azure AD to restrict access to company-managed devices.
  5. Enforce policies ensuring only organization laptops can access M365 accounts.
  6. Configure exception workflows for authorized personal device access.
  7. Implement Multi-Factor Authentication, session control, and device compliance rules.

Our ideal candidate will lead the implementation of endpoint security, access control policies, file sharing governance, and Teams customization to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, and Defender for Business.
  2. Working knowledge of Azure AD Conditional Access.
  3. Experience in SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
  4. Microsoft Teams admin experience (org chart and app customization).
  5. Understanding of endpoint protection, device compliance, and access controls.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred certifications include MS-500 (Security Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), and MS-700 (Teams Administrator).
