Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Media Buying Specialist to spearhead our digital growth solutions and performance-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
    • Create and manage Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation.
    • Nurture relationships with affiliates/partners, onboard new recruits, and ensure smooth program execution.
    • Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
    • Maintain campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Required Skills:
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns.
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
    • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM).
    • Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
