About the Role

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the public image of the organization and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, media, and the public.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, doctors, and corporate clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  2. Coordinate appointments with government officials and oversee PR-related events, meetings, and activities effectively.
  3. Develop engaging content, including social media posts and press releases, to promote the organization's brand and messaging.
  4. Analyze and track PR initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends and analyze data to prepare informative reports.
  6. Provide exceptional service to VIP patients and coordinate their communications effectively.
  7. Manage project progress, ensuring timely completion and reporting on performance.
  8. Offer administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is essential for success.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in crisis management and media training would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends is desirable.
