Senior Analytics Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization as a Senior Analytics Manager.

Job Description

The Senior Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. This includes working with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) or Deep Learning (DL)
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles
