Job Position: Software Engineering Lead

Job Description:

We seek an experienced and highly skilled software engineering lead to spearhead our development efforts. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident handling to achieve timely resolution.
  • Guarantee respect for contractual commitments/SLAs.
  • Provide support to teams, including RUN IT.
  • Supervise on-site consultants to meet client expectations.
  • Perform on-call duties according to schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in J2EE or Spring boot (Advanced)
  • Expertise in PL/SQL language (Advanced)
  • Familiarity with C Programming (Basic-Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of Shell System (Basic-Intermediate)
  • Understanding of Unix Server (Basic-Intermediate)
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification practices (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Back Office
  • ISO8583 expertise
  • Authorization flow knowledge
  • Clearing settlement understanding
  • Schemes (VISA/MC/RUPAY) comprehension
  • Issuing (Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid card, Forex Card) knowledge
  • Acquiring – POS, ATM, Merchant Management, Settlement expertise
  • Switch (BASE24/Tango) understanding
  • Account Receivables familiarity
