We are seeking a skilled financial bookkeeper to join our team and provide expert corporate services to entrepreneurs and investors worldwide.

This role involves maintaining accurate and timely financial records for real estate investors, stock traders, and business owners. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and be proficient in data entry, financial analysis, and client communication.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for various client companies
  • Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks, adhering to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Enter income, expenses, and other transactions into QuickBooks based on client-specific guidelines and prepare monthly financials
  • Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed

As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate with a US-based team member to gather supporting documents and address any questions related to financial records. You will also ensure clear and timely communication to support the delivery of financials and partner with our global team to ensure efficient client service delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
