Marketing and Demand Generation Leader for Strategic Growth

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing and Demand Generation Leader to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our HR Tech SaaS VMS platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Leverage data analytics to identify high-performing channels and double down on ROI-positive initiatives.
- Define and communicate a clear brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Position the company as a thought leader in HR tech by creating compelling messaging that addresses target audience pain points.
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years leading demand generation efforts.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Experience in HR Tech or a related industry (preferred).
- Expertise in modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Campaign Manager).
- Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), inbound marketing, and outbound strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling campaigns.
