Job Description

This role is focused on overseeing pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects.

  • Manage contracts, lead project initiatives, and develop vendor relationships.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Conduct detailed rate analysis and spearhead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure contract agreements are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Initiation: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Negotiations: Conduct thorough rate analysis and negotiate terms with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Financial Management: Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to ensure financial accuracy across projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
