We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our luxury villa and bungalow projects.

This role requires extensive site presence, hands-on problem-solving, and a zero-tolerance approach to anything less than perfection. The Project Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile construction projects, ensuring precision, quality, and timely execution.

  • Project planning & execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, execute projects with precision, and ensure timely completion.
  • Quality & detailing: Foster a culture of excellence in construction, focusing on superior quality and attention to detail.
  • Team leadership & engagement: Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Financial & contractual oversight: Ensure accurate financial management and effective contract administration.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, consultants, and clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects.

Candidates must possess strong technical and managerial expertise, exceptional problem-solving ability, high proficiency in construction finance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
